FAQ's
1. Is this a weight loss program? This is about how you feel, not how you look. If fast weight loss is your goal, this isn't the right fit — and that's okay. Weight loss can be a byproduct of this program, but it's not the main goal. Weight loss usually happens once you've learnt to let go of the unwanted patterns you keep repeating on your fitness and wellness journey. This program does provide you with the tools and the support to do that, but as mentioned above, weight loss is not the goal of the program.2. I've started programs before and never finished. Will this be different? Yes — because falling behind isn't possible here. Every week has a bare minimum option. Every call is recorded. The whole program was built for women who've felt like they failed before.3. Do I need to have workout gear or equipment to be able to join? No. In the workout library you'll find no equipment workouts as well as workouts with minimal equipment (a resistance band, a pair of dumbbells, a stick), but you'll be able to complete the program and get your workouts in without any equipment!4. Can I join if I have bad knees? Yes. The workouts are mostly all standing workouts and I will always be available to help you with workout modifications if needed.5. What if I don't have much time? A full week takes about 2-3 hours (live call + a few workouts + EFT-sessions) spread across the week however suits you. A bare minimum week takes about 70 minutes.6. What happens after the 6 weeks?
